How to read these figures
Active teams have at least one open individual or legacy team shift. Legacy team shifts count as active teams, but their personnel counts are unknown and excluded from clocked-in people. An open shift does not prove someone is still working; the latest activity time is shown separately.
The starting area is preserved for payroll. Latest recorded area uses that person’s street actions during the current shift. Switching a map view alone does not update this figure. GPS pins independently use the latest valid location; an older pin can belong to an earlier area.
Area completion is completed saved street segments ÷ all saved street segments. A shared area counts each segment once. Overlapping areas are reported separately; adding their totals may count the same road more than once.
Period completions count each saved segment once if completed during the selected dates, including later re-completion. They are not net changes in completion. Estimated properties allocate the area’s saved property count by covered street mileage; they are not confirmed homes visited. Missing mileage appears as —.
Estimated person-hours use completed individual shifts clipped to the selected dates and allocate their time by the share of distinct segments completed in each area. They are not measured time in an area; open shifts and legacy team hours are excluded. Unallocated time is shown beneath the report.
The event list shows up to 2,000 latest matching events, with its limit displayed. Area totals use the full selected period. Follow-up events expose only time, team and area, not resident contact details.
