Estimated parcels covered = the Area’s saved parcel count × completed segment miles ÷ all saved segment miles in that Area. Parcel counts are currently stored by Area, so these are proportional estimates, not confirmed visits. Distance uses the existing LENGTH_MILES estimate. Missing estimates display —; partial totals are not presented as complete.

Per-member averages use the comma-separated crew saved at clock-in. Per-hour rates use completed shift duration; person-hour rates also divide by crew size. Repeated completion actions without a intervening status change receive no extra credit. A segment is counted at most once per shift. A later reopened segment may count again in another shift. Overlapping Areas remain independent.

Area totals count each segment only once across the selected rows, even if it was reopened and completed again. Shift totals can include that repeat work. Area completion is period coverage, not current completion status; segments remaining means not covered in this filtered period. Areas without recorded activity are included only with All teams and All statuses. Shifts without completed segments cannot be allocated to Areas.

Coverage uses saved Area and segment estimates; edits to those estimates may change historical reports. Activity outside a clocked shift remains visible without inferred hours or crew counts. This dashboard measures recorded coverage, not individual visits or walking distance.
